Development gone crazy, too much power in the hands of the developers and no obvious way to stop it. That's why I'm signing the petition.

This development would have a catastrophic impact on village and rural life and would turn open countryside into an extended suburb of Colchester connected by endless ribbon development. "Developers" and "planners" proposing and approving this are misnomers - it would be wanton destruction.
