Walmart is hurting other business and hurting our local econony It has already caused the Olive Drive out of business to close and there will be a vacant shopping center without Vons. Albertsons are talking about going out of business.
Property values are gonna tank if they put a giant store there. My house is right down the road and I dont want to see a parking lot when I look out my window.
Enough with the big box stores. We need to support the shops we already have or they will all close down like in other towns.
NOT ON CLOVERDALE. Traffic is bad enough with the high school and the hospital. We dont need this mess here.
Cloverdale is already way too busy. Kids walk to school near there and adding more trucks and traffic just makes it dangerous for everyone.

Too many Walmarts and they have already closed the Vons on Olive Drive & a boarded up shopping center is an eye sore. Olive Drive used to stop at Coffee Road, now it goes West Forever without any other plase to enter and exit the freeway. Traffic is already a nightmare at the work hour and is very busy the rest of the day. Dont make our property value decease because of another uneeded shopping center. A Walmart grocery store already opening on Olive and Callaway plus one on North Chester with a super Walmart a couple of miles away on Rosedale. Highway.
