The Venango County Humane Shelter is using the gas chamber to end the lives of animals. This chamber, called "The Sleep Angel" by the workers at the shelter, inhumanely puts animals through enormous suffering when used to kill dogs and cats. This barbaric practice must be stopped! By signing this petition you are saying you want the gas chamber outlawed! Pennsylvania needs to join the many other states that no longer use the gas chamber.
