It takes hard work, creativity and capital to restore this A+ location

Part of the draw of living in The Woodlands is the quality of the shopping centers. Renting to lower tier tenants ts in the village epicenters is detrimental to the community.

Invest in the residents of the woodlands

I would not to like to see a Goodwill or Planet Fitness go into this shopping center. A Sprout’s would be nice or any upscale restaurant/business of any kind.

Although I SUPPORT GOODWILL I DO NOT THINK IT BELONGS AS AN ANCHOR STORE IN THE CC NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING CENTER

The Woodlands places an emphasis on high end, luxury brands. Please find a retailer that better represents the woodlands.

The Sterling Ridge center needs to be updated and it will attract a high end tenant.

I believe GoodWill stores belong close to freeways to serve a diverse population. I bring clothing and home items to the GoodWill on Sawdust with some frequency. It is not an inconvenience.

I am not in support of goodwill and low budget stores coming into Cochrans Crossing or Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands, Texas

Goodwill would do better in another location.
