The woodlands deserves something nicer than what this shopping center offers. We can do better

concerned neighbor- we need something that will be stable, long term, and provide a service offering mirroring the rest of the upscale surroundings and homes with healthy stable property values

Regency should care more about this community and make better decisions regarding leasing or sell their properties.

There are much better uses of this property than a Goodwill. Plus it can use a facelift!

Please do not do this to our main villages! There are numerous places in The Woodlands to open this worthwhile operation! Please consult the community before you take this action!

No Goodwill stores Stetling Ridge shopping center. The same for Panther Creek! Put in stores with the residence of the Woodlands need.

Nothing against Goodwill, but that type of business does not belong in a village center.

We need to work on some alternatives that promote the values and aesthetics of the Woodlands. We don’t want lower end options that are the opposite of an anchor tenant. Please collaborate with the community.

I do not support this type of development in a neighborhood shopping center - especially since it is right next to Collins intermediate school.
