The residents of The Woodlands do not want these types of businesses in our community. The residents of The Woodlands will not be the clientele. This will only bring in unwanted traffic to add to the congestion on our streets. Please find desirable tenants that fits with the shopping destinations of our residents.

Goodwill is not a good addition to the shopping center

Volunteering 4 hrs a week in a food pantry for the past 3 years I am fully aware how needed and used these resources are but putting them in a residential community location is not appropriate and probably not convenient for those being served by them.

I have lived in The Woodlands for over 30 years and abandoning George Mitchells intent for village centers is appalling. Seriously, Goodwill? How about a pawn shop and bail bondsman next.

I shop almost daily at the Cochrans Crossing shopping center. We don't need another Goodwill donation location there. There is one close by on Highway 242.

A Goodwill in this neighborhood is not appropriate at all. There are plenty of other places where it would be better suited. I cannot imagine that the retailers in that village center would welcome them. I am a Goodwille supporter, and I donate to them regularly, but this is not appropriate for the Coach Crossing neighborhood village center.

Would rather have Hughes discount the rent to a family-friendly restaurant (still miss Skeeter’s).

Goodwill is too close to Collins Intermediate to ensure safety for our children.

Would like to see a plan that takes into account the input from residents of the impacted villages.

Not a good idea to have Goodwill in our community. The mall is already looking shabby and needs a major facelift to keep up values of homes in the community.

Tell me of one donation center that doesn’t turn into a dumping ground? They can’t afford (financially or the space) to maintain daily haul away dumpster so junk will accumulate driving down the value of the neighborhood. Where are the Township leaders who should have denied the permit from the beginning?

We have few enough parking places in that shopping center as it is. It would increase traffic way too much.
