I’m sure there are other options besides the ones being considered! Please choose wisely for all of our sakes!

Neighborhood is totally opposed and is disturbed by the lack of transparency utilized for this leasing process. Current Tenants in the CC Village Center are also strongly opposed.

Agree with the need to have community discussions with Regency Centers representatives about what the local community currently needs in these vacant spaces.

Goodwill is not an appropriate retail option for a residential village center. Doesn't meet covenant standards of first class retail.

This is not a good look for Cochrans Crossing. Over priced rent caused CVS to move out of that space. I have been a CVS customer there for many years. Now you will put a Salvation Army store there? What kind of consumers will that attract? I am totally against this.

This will only lower the property values in this area.

There is a Goodwill drop-off location 5 minutes away on 242, and we definitely don’t need a thrift store here!

I’m concerned about the amount of donations left after hours at these facilities. There’s also a lot of trash left behind these donation centers. It will ruin our beautiful, clean, safe shopping center.

Do not place a Goodwill in the Cochran’s Crossing Shopping Center.

Please do not lower our property values here in the Woodlands by signing sub-par leases agreements in our neighborhoods. This is not why we choose to live in the Woodlands.

I don’t want a Goodwill warehouse in my local Panther Creek shopping center. It will disrupt the value of our neighboring stores.

We have a strong, local community-based donation agency already. It is wrong for our entire community. Also we have ymcas that serve our community as well as several other worthwhile fitness facilities. Please consider demographics in your decisions.

Danger to adjacent school. Will bring a rough crowd. Not George Mitchell’s vision!!!!!!
