I am NOT in favor of Goodwill coming to Cochran's Crossing. Warehousing is not allowed in the covenant, and it will attract additional traffic which will compromise the safety of children riding to and attending Collins. Moreover, the 'donations drop off' area behind the store allows unprecedented public traffic behind the store. Finally, Goodwill is NOT a first tier shopping experienced promised by The Woodlands. It is not a fit.

Keep our village centers as Mr Mitchell envisioned . The Woodlands deserves better ! Goodwill does not meet the standards to be represented at a neighborhood village center.

We already have a donation center at 242. Too much crowded chaos for this shopping center.

This is an unwanted business for the middle of the woodlands. We have too many children at this shopping center before and after school at Collins intermediate. This business will drag down the shopping center.

Stop letting all the legacy stores go away. The greatest losses are skeeters and marble slab. Don’t trash our shopping center with a Goodwill and stop pushing family friendly stores away. This is in biking distance from my house and some of our favorite places are gone because of high rent.

Will take a collaboration of several entities to address the overall issue of redefining/updating the village center business model. HEB changed things.

We do not need or want a goodwill other heart of a shopping center. We need other stores tailored to the families in the area.

Cochrans Shopping Center needs improvements not leasing to a business that will fall in line with its current condition and drag property values down.

We need to walk the neighborhoods with petitions.

Why would you put a Goodwill in the middle of the woodlands? This makes little sense. This must be stopped.

Any business in these shopping centers needs to add value to the community’s property values and residents. These types of businesses create potential security risk for our families.

This type of business does not represent the first class retail expectations of the community.

Please do not let a Goodwill store go into the Kroger shopping center.
