These types of establishments bring homeless people and criminals into our community.

Felons come with these type of stores. You cannot be any closer to a school. Liability should be consider for the parties involved.

I am very concerned about our kids’ safety, and our home values. I cannot believe our township would allow something like this.

First class shopping only! See’s candy? True value hardware, a family restaurant like Skeeters

Give breaks to local business instead of undesirable vendors.

I am against Goodwill at Cochran’s Crossing Kroger Center. 1. More traffic in an already congested area. 2. Donations left after hours cause a health hazard attracting rats and other rodents. Also an eyesore. 3. Safety issues due to attracting vagrants and dumpster divers. 4. Collins Intermediate School too close to an unsecured area behind shopping center. 5. Goodwill doesn’t necessarily support the community but sends their funds elsewhere.

I oppose leasing space to Goodwill. Regency is obviously out of touch with the needs of residents.

This is not the right location given how many kids are alone on bikes in the area. Too close to collins

I stand with my community and oppose having Goodwill in Cochran’s Crossing shopping mall. My children go to the schools in the area and I would worry about their safety.
