I spent all day reading through the messages you guys left here because I honestly just cannot stop thinking about how much Stargazer misses his bed and his toys. It is so weird how they keep insisting there is footage of us even though that place was totally empty and dark but I am going to keep pushing until they realize he belongs right here with me.

Seems to me like overzealous prosecution to take a dog away from a homeless kid who takes very good care of his dog all said & done this seems like a railroad system of wasting money and taxing the poor
This fella stayed with us for 3 weeks last October and what I witnessed is that dog was loved and cared for.
He's always been great with stargazer when I've been around. He might not eat dinner tonight, but his dog sure will.
He definitely does not abuse his dog. I have the father of his dog, stargazer, and believe he should get his dog back.
I lived with Nick and Stargazer for 6 months in 2021. I never saw any evidence of Nick abusing Stargazer.
My legal team is prepared to fight this, do what's right, and we won't have to.
These travelers take extra special care of their dogs - these dogs are their life! No way was this dog mistreated.

Nicholas is a very good human to his support dog. Although their living situation differs from the norm does not mean he alters the care, compassion, and human kindness to his beloved animal. Nicholas rescued stargazer as a pup and put in all the effort and love to train and discipline him to be a registered support animal. Please return his partner to him.
