Please find the attached petition that the Residents have now put before you

We the residents of Tannehill Hidden Valley, and surrounding streets.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a numerous amount of vehicles entering and leaving from Holifield Rd bordering Bibb County and Tuscaloosa County Alabama with coordinates of 33.238606,° -87.114890° and from our understanding A private road.

The mentioned road is a dirt road filled up with pot holes,in totally disrepair, where some sex offenders reside, some of them are:

and drugs are prevalent. This property is being used as a property to rent mobile homes on approximately 70 acres of land. Our street heritage drive is being used as a conduit for the above activity, causing a great deal for our safety.

The traffic situation needs urgent remedial action with regard to the unrestricted speed of vehicles entering and leaving this road .

Indeed, the situation has become so bad that both parents and residents are fearful that sooner or later children or adults may be incur serious injury.

Vigorous effective traffic measures need to be implemented in order to not only restrict vehicle speedbut also to make it a safe environment for parents, children, local residents - and drivers too.

The local road dept has been made aware of the situation, but even though these problems were raised a year ago, no substantial remedial action has taken place.

This petition is addressed to those who have responsibility for such safety matters to propose suitable and EFFECTIVE remedies to the concerns of all members of the public who travel and live in Tannehill.

We envision a proposal to include speed bumps, more police patrols.. and road closure of the aforementioned road.

Please be advised that we have waited long enough.

We, the undersigned call on those responsible (in whatever Government Departments) for safety measures to be urgently implemented to ensure the safety of children, parents, residents and road users.
