Albert Av. has a LOT of speeders every day. Some are delivery drivers that work for Papa John's pizza at the corner of Albert Av. and Youree Drive.

The speeding and texting while driving is out of control in this city. I watched a car swerve to avoid hitting a small child on her bike in front of my house on Ontario the other day! The woman had her cell phone out in front of her face.

It is a shame that this problem hasn’t been addressed long before now. It is a problem in every neighborhood in the city.

We only save ourself seconds when we speed but fail to see what we save ourselfs when we go the speed limit.

What a tragedy! My kids play outside & ride their bikes! People wonder why I allow them more 'screen time'; it's SAFER !

People speed down my block daily on Wilkinson. We have children, older people and pets. I hope that something will be done to deter this before there is another tragedy.

The whole state needs to be on watch! Someone at the DMV needs to removed for giving out licenses to just anyone.

Speeding has gotten out of hand in general. Drivers pay no heed to speed limit signs. The problem is not confined to certain areas---I live in the Waterside neighborhood---adjacent to Alexander St. People race up and down Alexander constantly---it's just a matter of time until a major accident occurs! The police could use up every ticket in their ticket books in about 2 hours if they monitored the street.

We've also dealt with speeders in our neighborhood to. Enough is enough. They don't think about padestrians, children and pets. I live off of E. Wyandotte. Please do something.

I agree, Monrovia is a freeway at times. These streets were built for a slower pace. I one time met the contractor who widened Line Ave. to four lanes and he wished he could have made it TWO feet wider in each direction.

I live on Slattery Blvd. and we have witnessed a neighbor almost hit while crossing Creswell at Slattery. Crossing Creswell in a car is also challenging!
