There’s already been several homes built in the charter oak area, this will truly inpact both the junior high and high school. Also that grass area is always used for children sports,

Be smart, plan smart! Stop selling off what little land is left. The children need a safe place to play sports and to keep them out of trouble! We don't need low income housing - there are run down apartments in the area next door to Royal Oak and across the street - We don't need more of the same

We have lived in Covina for over 40 years - When you go to Orange County you see beautiful parks and sports fields for the kids - we have nothing left here in Covina! We need to be smart on what we are preserving and whate we are spending our money on

Please don't sell this precious and amazing green space for our children to play and grow. Both of my kids play sports there and it has helped in their growth of being good students and athletes.

We want our kids to grow up as responsible adults and stay out of trouble - how do you do that when you keep taking away their amenities that takes away fields, tracks and things they need to be healthy and active in positive activities. We don't need new homes - find a different revenue source and put the kids first!

This is an outrage- look at the bigger picture!!! Our kids need an outlet to play sports otherwise they will end up in trouble. We are crowded enough, we don’t need more low income housing. We need to preserve what little land we have left. This land helps make us a community. We are brought together where our kids practice and play and make friendships.

Please keep a place for the kids at AYSO to continue playing and practicing. It’s food for everybody’s future to keep these kids in sports.
