Children cannot go back to schools, as we have been informed by Government Ministers, that this disease will peak anytime from August onwards. How can we possibly send our children to schools? Will the government take responsibility to ensure our children do not get ill or die? It is time for parents to stand up and together.

I will not send my child to school, its not safe at all. If we adults are scared to go out, how will i ever think of sending my child. My child will remain at home, his life is more precious to me right now then education, that can always be done when things are in control.

Most of us parents are stressing about school. My son gave me something to think about. In his words "I can sacrifice 1 year for another 50+years more" I'm not condoning studying this year, but just something to think about. Listening to the news, trying to keep social distance on a bus full of kids or in a classroom of +/-40 kids, not really wise. Kids will be kids, you can't really keep them apart. No Grade R for 2021. Re-start new school year for 2020 in 2021. What about the schools that have been vandalised, get that in order first and everyone start afresh in 2021. Better to save lives than time. ❤️

Against kids returning to school based on infections rate and overcrowding esp for junior grades
