Councillors need to make the connecting road happen from callertons new housing estates to the airport road that was the agreement for them to get permission to build 3 new housing estates which all the traffic comes through Westerhope village, I have lived on stamfordham road since 1982 and hardly ever see cyclists pass through the village, this is a disgrace. Use the money saved to build the new road.

Lived in this area all of my life, 31 years. Traffic build up has got worse and worse every year, adding a cycle lane for the non existent cyclists is going to cause a lot more traffic!
