This road is already a danger in rush hour, this wouod make the road even worse. Also taking into consideration that cyclists do not use cycle lanes. In 20 years of driving i have never once seen a cyclist using the cycle lane on scotswood road, tbey prefer to hog a lane and impede traffic.

This is an absurd idea. Removing trees is a backwards step and if built like others the cycle lane will be removed in time. A total waste of money.

Strongly oppose a cycle lane, ridiculous suggestion given the removal of more green space and trees after the building of all the new houses which are clearly already impacting the wildlife in the community.
Also the roads are so busy now the disruption adding a cycle lane which is not needed is only going to cause more congestion.
Furthermore, why is tax payer / wars money being wasted on a cycle lane when other more pressing things should be sorted first!

No comneoon sense . . Alm the New builds have put increased pressure on a road system already under a constant steam of traffic . The infrastructure has not even addressed to allow a free flowing traffic system . . This is just cherry picking at the problem
