The impact to home values, views and fire safety are a concern.

In this day-and-age powerlines should be safely buried underground.

I agree they are really an eyesore and take from the beauty of the lovely hill’s and natural landscape. How safe are they?

Thank you for ciruclating this petition! NO MORE POWER LINES IN RANCHO DORADO!!! We already have them running through the center of our beautiful neighborhood. When these were installed several years ago, we were told that they were leaving room to add more lines if necessary but now they want to put in more towers! This is unacceptable and greatly impacts the value of our homes, not to mention the increased risk for fire!

Absolutely agree with the request. We definitely don’t want more above ground power lines.

I have been to public information meetings from SDGE on this new power line. I am informed on why/where/how and reject this new power line! Inpropose they put it under ground

It is already difficult to get home owners insurance due to fire risk. Adding more above ground power lines is dangerous and irresponsible.

These lines would lower our property values significantly

We definitely do not want more power above ground power lines running through San Elijo Hills or anywhere in San Marcos! The below ground option must be explored.

We are in a highly susceptible area to wildfires. There needs to be caution and exploration of impact before throwing up more development

The building that is putting lives at risk has to stop. Period. Power lines included.

No more power lines in San Elijo Hills. These are not only a fire & health hazard, but can significantly impact home values. The alternative plan is a much more prudent option for everyone.

This can potentially become another Campfire for San Elijo Hills!

Above ground power lines are a fire and safety hazard. The fire hazard will only increase as global warming wreaks havoc on the climate. New lines need to be installed underground. This benefits everyone including SDGE. SDGE's liability from wildfire caused by downed power lines is greatly reduced with underground installations.

Stop putting lives at risk.

SDGE should not be allowed to construct an above ground power line here. The proposed path has lots of vegetation. SEH already has substantial fire risks. Don’t add to the problem.

we do not want power lines behind our Sagewood community in San Elijo Hills! It will kill values between 50 to $75,000! I am a real estate broker and I sell over here and I see it all the time plus the buzzing sound is not healthy for the kids or families! Put it on the ground or move it somewhere else
