All of us residents need to get together and stop this. These power lines will also affect property values. SDG&E needs to put these underground. We need our voices heard!

We need these power lines underground for general safety... many wild fires in the recent past appear to be the result of powerline/generator issues, and they can affect property values. Any new power lines should be underground in my opinion, particularly in residential and brush areas.

We already have power lines directly behind our homes. Adding more 50 feet closer to our homes is not ok. With the fire danger, all power lines near the dry brush should be placed underground. Our power was shut off during the last Santa Ana winds due to the power lines behind our homes. The cost of putting them underground is nothing compared to the cost of San Elijo going up in flames.

We live in SEH in San Marcos and are very concerned about the fire hazards and lack of roads/pathways out of San Elijo Hills while several new housing developments have been added. Why would SDGE intentionally create added risk to our community by adding power lines when we are literally surrounded by an abundance of flammable pine trees??

Please look at alternatives- this is right behind our house and we are not comfortable with this current option.

Above ground power lines make no sense with our current climate changes. They are a fire hazard!

They are unsightly and a hazard. I live on a street directly affected. Please put them underground.
