I believe no additional towers should be added. Especially to fire prone areas and areas where SDGE does not already have easements.

They are ugly, they buzz when there’s any humidity, they are not safe to be near, but most of all, they are a fire hazard. Please keep San Elijo Hills safe for the residents. Please put these wires underground.

DO NOT install the above ground powerlines proposed construction by San Diego Gas and Electric's (SDG&E) San Marcos to Escondido TL6975 69kV Project. These powerlines would be a significant safety concern since most of the north and east county wildfires are caused by SDG&E's powerlines and their inability to properly maintain the infrastucture.. They wouyld provide an unneccesary environmental impact through one of the few remaining natural corridors in north county. They would have a dramtic negative impact on the property values in San Elijo Hills and surrounding areas (and I promise you I will be more than willing to sign on to a class action lawsuit against SDG&E as well as anyone else involved if these do go through). There are shorter routes through with the powerlines could be routed and underground installation is an even better option. DO NOT PROCEED with the planned above ground route!!!!

SDG&E has no regard for residents nor the environment. Look at the promises over the Sunrise Powerlink...we would have plenty of energy for the future, even without San Onofre. Then it's back to the same old story, we need more and more. How many lies does it take to convince residents SDG&E never tells the truth!

As a homeowner directly on the current proposed route, this would have a significant negative impact on my home's value, and my ability to sell in the future. It will create an eyesore in the community. It is ridiculous that this would be considered when a reasonable alternative exists that would protect all parties, accomplish the goal, and improve the neighborhoods impacted.
