Villages need pubs- they are place for social interactions and gatherings. A place to reduce loneliness for some, a place to enjoy food and drink and most of all the company of people. They are the heart and hub of a village. The Derby needs to stay open.

Not another one Robinsons . Look at the union vaults and the bird in hand . What a waste of two good pubs . Every village more so needs a local pub !

Robinsons need to respect the history and enjoyment of the pub for the benefit of the village and wider customers. I stayed there last year and would be a real loss to the community.

We stayed a night or two at the Derby Arms when visiting the area in 2003. Excellent, a proper village pub, it would be a great shame if it were to close.

Please keep The Derby open, we regularly come up from Liverpool visiting friends and always drink there!! Crucial community place.

This was my grandads favourite pub, and a great little village pub it is too, I’m signing this on behalf of my late grandad Stan fisher... the village needs this place

Not from the village but try to call in a couple of times a week and always a good craic, would be a terrible shame to lose another great village pub which is part of the local community.

Keep the pub open, it brings the community together as well as people from outside the village like myself.
Raises so much money for great causes.
It has had so many different generation's through its doors it should have future generations coming through as well.
