We don't want the Sunrise Center on the 300 block of Park Avenue to become a 40 UNIT 6 STORY condo. I am signing this petition to let the Zoning Board, City Councel and City Manager know we are against the variance request. The area is congested enough!! If you agree please sign petition. We are Long Beach residents who are tired of watching our beautiful town be over built. The area around CVS and Dairy Barn have no parking now... The 70 more parking spaces needed will not be available and will overflow onto the side streets. We don't want our children to cross another busy intersection.
