I completely agree. The problem is east of highway 87.

This seems unnecessary and an inefficient way of trying to decongest 98 traffic. Most of the traffic is East of this area.

No need since 399 goes east/west

County is insane to think it’s okay to put a highway through a residential neighborhood where families are raising children. Kids playing in their own yards now have to worry about being hit by vehicles who already drive too fast. People will take this route to get where they’re going even faster. Lives will be lost and the county will be liable. Big mistake! Biggest disappointment, this county is a joke to even make this suggestion. I pray to God you look elsewhere to put your highway.

I don't believe this a good option to relieve traffic from highway 98.

The real problem daily commuters face lies between Hurlburt and approximately whispering Pines, well east of the causeway. This proposal does nothing to mitigate this. The real solution is a military only access between 87 and Hurlburt. This proposal is a solution to a non-problem .

Who’s the person making the money on this idiotic idea? Whose idea? Remember to always follow the money.

Makes no sense to build a by pass using Leisure or Broodmoor St distirb peacefullness, wild life and increase speed limit to 35MPH through the middle of our community. Many driversdon't even pay attention th the 25MPH zones blasting through at 40MPHr higher. We have no sidewalks, no speed bumps no lights at night in HBTS and many other communities in the Navarre area. I am of the opinion that if there is future developement of this By Pass an extension of Hwy 399 would be less expensive, existing speed limit is higher, there are existing sidewalks on portions of 399 and no impact of diverting higher traffic through the middle of our residential neighborhood.

I am vehemently against this construction project. We bought our house not to be located near a highway or heavily traveled roadway. The research shows this project NOT to support our community and to provide no benefit to the community at large. It’s a waste of tax dollars and would be best applied to a project east of 87.
