It’s definitely a better idea to use highway 399 for this purpose. Ridiculous to come right through the middle of HTS!

My kids ride bikes with friends and when I bought in HBTS it was safe from 98 traffic in a safe family neighborhood. The bypass will make living here uncomfortable and open HBTS to crime

Horrible idea - there is a bypass on 399 to 87 - no reason to create a speed zone through the residential area of HBTS. Chiming in on others posts the grid lock is so much worse pass the post office.

I am completely opposed to using preexisting residential roads as traffic relief in poorly conceived areas requiring people to lose their homes.

I have 2 properties in HBTS. One is off of Edgewood. I do not want my property values declining by putting in a by pass road.

Please do not build the bypass. This neighborhood is for our children to play with friends and make memories.

This is a horrible idea. Our children will be that much more in danger with out of control traffic. Terrible idea

Biggest problem is between 87 and Navarre Causeway. Next problem 10 stop lights between Edgewood dr and county line at new Publix. options are 399 through the mil reservation to Hurlburt, other option is to route traffic on to navarre beach turn left at Tom Thumb and connect to Air Force access road to Ft Walton.

People can take Panhandle Trail to 399 to get from East to West of Navarre. HBTS is an HOA subdivision! Why are we spending money to survey putting roads through residential Navarre? The problem that needs to be solved is an additional Highway from Mary Esther to Gulf Breeze...not getting from the east end of Navarre to an HOA subdivision, which there is already access roads for.

The Proposed bypass will not solve the traffic problem between here and Hurlburt Field. It will only stack traffic up like hardwood at Panhandle Trail
