I live near where the proposed access road is planned. The impacts on our neighborhoods safety, quality of life, property values, and environment are unacceptable. I do not support the building of any access roads through the Holley By The Sea neighborhood.

We absolutely do not want this through the neighborhood no do we want the raceway of 399 expanded, our daughter plays in our driveway and people fly down the road around the curve by our house! It’s already hard enough to get in and out of the driveway!!

We don’t want anyone kicked out of their homes in the neighborhood and I also don’t want 399 explained either bc it’s already hard enough for me to leave my driveway as it is when people are flying around the curve a live at !

We’ve got to stop authorizing the development of natural habitats and wetlands around Navarre. If zoning board and public servants make civil engineering decisions that lead to floods and property losses, there are attorneys already collecting info and they’ll all be personally named in class action suits. And we definitely don’t want anyone to be the person caught working against residents wishes by making zoning decisions with personal financial benefits. We all see the public sentiment turning violent against these corrupt politicians and corp executives. That’s not a spot anyone wants to be in when the population decides they’ve had enough.

Obviously, this plan has not been updated. To rout the CAR through HBTS is bad, but to tie it to an already busy thoroughfare like High School Blvd, where. The NYSA and YMCA are located is utterly ridiculous!

I feel for our neighbors on Leisure. Night time traffic will be more unsafe. Drivers speed faster then the 87 speed limits. They should consider widening the Bay Boulevard bypass. Incredible. Really hoping the Leisure plan falls through.

What happened to Bay Boulevard as the bypass? Like we need another bypass straight through a quiet community with children and wildlife is not the solution. The problem is EAST of HBTS. People who don't live in Navarre making these decisions and benefiting from it. $$$ I agree, We blew it in November.

Yes, the congestion problem is EAST of HBTS. Concerns are east of HBTS basically making the HBTS bypass useless $$$. HBTS is not the solution. 35mph through a community road? Folks already drive faster on 87. Sounds dangerous for children and wildlife. Neighborhood safety will be an issue.

The military traffic should be routed from hwy 87 East through Elgin to Hulbert field. 87 is built for more traffic.
