There is no need to put kids and family endanger by creating a bypass through a neighborhood! You have east bay as a bypass if need be make it 4 lanes.

This is the worst idea ever, why would you route traffics through a residential area where kids get the brunt of the damage! They can’t play in their yards, the streets become a race track, and all those people that bought the house on those streets now have a huge decrease in value.

This is not a good idea. HBTS is an established residential neighborhood. Widen 98 and leave HBTS alone.

Surely there is other options than running a bypass through our neighborhood! How about just running a bypass along Elgin range to Turkey creek to 87 right across from East Bay(399)!

This should not be considered at all. Ridiculous area to bring a main road right through the middle of the largest neighborhood in Navarre. I urge you to rethink this.
