No reason to do this. 98 is being turned to 6 lanes to help with congestion. NO NO #nocutthroughnavarre

As a home owner in this neighborhood just blocks away the traffic will be detrimental to my quality of life and property value. We shouldnt punish the locals because the county planned poorly for the future. Furthermore, we need to protect our neighbors from eminent domain, decreased property value, and protect the children who ride their bikes on these streets. Locals should not have to suffer because of tourism.

This will directly reduce the property value of homes in HBTS.

Stop destroying Navarre! Instead of adding more roads that will do nothing but snarl traffic up, how about halt development of our beautiful town. The county officials are destroying wildlife and making this an unbearable place to live. Traffic is bad enough!

It makes no sense in cutting our neighborhood in half and will not solve the issue to the East of the beach access bridge. 331 should be widened and used as the route it was intended.

No to bypass. There is HOA and many children. Use 399 as bypass.

No pass through in a residential neighborhood. Too dangerous!

Keep the bypass out of the residential area! Our kids have enough traffic to deal with!

Cutting through Leisure Street is not a solution, it just presents more problems. You already have half of the bypass in place with 399 connecting with 98. Now the Commissioners need to figure out how to connect 399 to the east of 98. Then you’ll be working on a bypass solution. All other attempts at a bypass are wasted time and money.

No bypass in a planned subdivision WITH COVENANTS!!!!!!

There is not nearly enough traffic on this part of the 98 to justify a short bypass through a quiet residential neighborhood. Focus on the areas between Hurlburt Field and the 87. A Leisure Street bypass solves nothing.

Hwy 399 should handle the bypass traffic. No bypass is needed on Hwy 98 West of Hwy 87. The traffic congestion is easy of Hwy 87, with the worst being East of the Navarre Beach causeway. What is the basis for this proposal?
