Manage the growth better. Upgrade 399. A major road through HBTS will disrupt the neighborhood atmosphere and endanger the pedestrian traffic, create too much road and traffic noise, the value of the homes would be negatively affected. If the current upgrades to 98 aren’t going to be enough then the upgrades should have been planned better.

I will still use 98. Panhandle’s light is already overwhelmed. Continue 399 all the way to 85 and “request “ Hurlburt build an access point since they are already jacking up the 98 gate with the public access air park.

We don’t need any more by passes through Holly by the sea… we have enough traffic on coral, Manatee and sunrise…

This plan makes no sense. Destruction of wildlife environment and endangering children which will not resolve the problem, is not a feasible option. Creating a bypass through an established neighborhood is poor planning and needs to be taken off the table.
