It makes no sense to take a residential area/subdivision and make a main traffic pattern floe through it. What about our neighbors who will be completely devastated by this plan? There should be a drive-over above 98.

I think putting a road in a residential neighborhood is the worst idea it will bring in more traffic as it is and cause back ups to where people can’t even get home.

I live on Sunset drive there are no fewer than THREE families on this road with special needs children, I also have a small farm - this extra traffic would be extremely dangerous here - NO NO NO

Constucting a bypass through an established residential neighborhood is a ridiculous idea!!! We all want to alleviate the Hwy 98 traffic, but a Leisure or Broadmore street bypass in nothing short of an incredibly irresponsible plan.

I am totally against this. Our BOD needs to attend the meetings on this subject and deny it. This is crazy. We build to be in an quiet neighborhood, not being exposed to traffic, environmental and physical (noise from cars/exhaust and loud music). SR 399 is perfect as a bypass. It does not go through a subdivision.

Horrible idea, residential neighborhoods are not a good place for through traffic. Edgewood to Fox Den will take longer than just taking 98.

This is a bad idea putting a bypass threw an established neighborhood. People all ready speed on Leisure Street and no one obeys the stop signs at Leisure/Edgewood or Leisure/Sunrise to begin with. Imagine the accidents, speeding, and impact to property values lets not mention the children waiting at bus stops. Bad bad bad idea

I do NOT want the extension of 98 to go through Holly by the Sea NEIGHBORHOOD!! It’s a neighborhood and my kids ride their bikes though it. This would make it unsafe for them!

It is one thing to build connecting roads through to other areas, but they should not expand the road.
