This is a ludicrous idea. How is bringing that kind of traffic through a neighborhood a smart or better yet safe idea. And how unfair for those who would loose their homes.

We have a bypass already it's 399, we should not spend our tax dollars on a study of a road NO one wants.

Crazy to put a bypass through a major developed neighborhood with children!!!

A bypass should not pass through a Planned Unit Devolopment and residential neighborhood where people walk and ride their bikes etc.

HBTS doesn’t need any extra traffic.

Another study at cost to taxpayers of $1.2 million. HWY 399 / East Bay Boulevard would be better option to keep HWY 98 traffic out of residential neighborhood.

Utilize Hwy 399 aka East Bay Boulevard for Hwy 98 Bypass. Stop the Waste !

Huge safety concern. Bus stops along main road, people running stop.sign or speeding and passing busses already. This will make it worse. Plus lower out home value.

I do not want people to have to vacate their homes when there is already a road.

I do not want this bypass through HBTS. This bypass should take the current existing bypass of 399. Feel free to 4 lane 399.

I do not want a major thoroughfare going through HBTS directly behind my house.

My family resides on Broadmoor with with small kids. I don’t want This street to become an extension of Hwy 98.
