One may think that a small hike to $30 is all good but it isnt. Rates keep increasing while service keeps decreasing. We all need to come together and tell them that they need to provide basic service. The employes at BNIA keep getting the short end of the stick with crappy vehicles, a lot that is barely plowed, and no heat in the "waiting area". If you must raise our rates then surely you must be willing to provide us with the simple services above such as better vehicles that actually blow heat and don't break down, a plowed parking lot after every storm, and heat in the waiting area. If you cant provide these basic simple services then I am sure we can find other means to park such as starting a carpool campaign, or find other places to park. Historical data for gas prices has not gone up in the past 4 years! In fact, it has gotten cheaper. Standard Parking can not use this as an excuse to raise our rates.
