I could not agree more about the current crowded conditions, traffic and congestion in certain spots along 30-A.

NO MORE! Slow it down! We have to have a limit. There is more to Walton County than just the beach, so move some things off the beach and encourage movement to the parks, the springs, and the woods!

The quality of life can be prioritized over profit; an endeavor worth pursuing.

30A can not handle the traffic! Please, no hotels! I would even say No more condos! How about no more enormous houses that don't even have enough space to park the guest vehicles! The pack in 20 & more people in one place & only have space for 1 or 2 vehicles!

Too much congestion at that property now, 30A/393. Hotel and condos, more beach traffic at Ed Walline, not in favor.

We're in Inlet Beach, watching the developers ruin our own area as fast as possible. We stand with you on this one!

30a cannot handle anymore traffic or people. Our road and small towns are already at full capacity. 30a is in danger of losing its charm, which is what brings most people here.

We have been drawn to the small communities and pristine beaches of South Walton. Growth has exploded with 30A turning into a parking lot during peak season and rush hour traffic in off season. Let's preserve the reason we all love South Walton through environmental and cultural management of growth and development!!

Scenic Hwy 30-A requires thoughtful, prudent, and forward thinking care and planning. Limiting density, preventing overuse of our precious resources and excessive burdening of our infrastructure is a mission for all of us who live along 30A! Our existing lodging options can house a full 30A crowd. Adding a high-density motel to 30A will have disastrous consequences for our community.

Already hate that cars park along 30-A as it is. Enough already.

This is a very logical, common sense decision. Commissioners need to protect this area from over development.
