Please just leave us alone. How much more do we need? The infrastructure can't handle much more traffic. There are enough visitors already.

NO Hotels!! This is a family fun seaside small town feel. Theres plenty of other places to stay if you want a hotel. Its bad enough the spring breakers are filling up our great beaches leaving lots of trash and now you want to build a hotel that will block our views. No way!

I have owned a home here in SRB for 15 years, Normal growth has taxed the local resources enough, The planned development of a hotel along with a like number of condominiums will create an undesirable traffic and people crowding situation around the 30A and 393 intersection.

I own 114 gpc.
I am in the real estate business in Montgomery.
A development with 90 units is entirely inappropriate for that small lot and area.

Absolutely opposed. We will fight this just as we fought the Hampton in Seagrove Beach. People are aleady forced to park all along 30A to get to the beaches. When is the county going to wise up and stop this overdevelopment with no infrastructure to support what we already have.

Big developers seem to be dead set on invading the 30A area with large hotels and condos. That is not what 30A is about. They need to move on to Miami or some other beaches that are largely commercial type areas and leave us alone.
