No hotel at Gulf Place. Additional condos and retail appear to have been part of the initial development. Hotels, NO on 30a.

As owners in Gulf Place we are very much against the addition of congestion to 30A and 393. The draw of the area will be compromised.

Totally opposed to this! We live very, very close to this. It will increase traffic, noise, congestion, litter, crime. 30-A can barely handle the traffic today. We need to come up with a solution for traffic we have today. Let's direct our energy towards solving that. This would clearly hurt all the people that have condos for rent in the area. Why do people insist on building a hotel on 30-A?! The last one got voted down. Let's vote this down!

Very opposed to the hotel as it will only add to the traffic and congestion already happening on 30a. The uniqueness of this area will be highly effected and will the pristine 30a will be lost.
