The 393/30-A intersection and Ed Walline Park as well as the beach is over saturated with traffic and people. It cannot handle more. Gulf Place is maxed out and is poorly managed as it is. 90 additional units is far beyond the current property management company's ability.

Local Leadership needs to address Parking problems, Beach Access (Public vs. Private), disband the TDC, hire qualified applicants for County Jobs and someone needs to start to learn the meaning of the word ENFORCEMENT.

This area is already "at capacity". And the current infrastructure is inadequate to even handle the existing traffic,etc. Please do not destroy the charm of this area.

I owned property across from Gulf Place on Hwy 393. This would have a tremendous impact on traffic, beach access, and crowded conditions. I agree with the "old Florida" policy. What I had in 1973 is definitely a part of history.

Cars already routinely line 30-A and 393 for the Ed Walline beach access and this will only increase. There are also drainage issues in this area with heavy rains that may increase with this development.

BCC have already indicated that infrastructure issues, including stormwater management, must be addressed prior to the approval of additional high-density development on 30A. This is particularly applicable to Gulf Place where flooding has been an ongoing issues for years. I urge the planning commission not to approve this project until the existing issues have been addressed.
