Stop the Elimination of the Sports at UB (men's swimming, men's soccer, baseball and diving and women's rowing)

sports are important

chill with the cuts

So devasting for kids who were committed to there and now rug being pulled out from under. Leaves them with no other options.

The way the athletic department let the swim team know was cowardly and immature. It sounded like a middle school break up.

Should be criminal charges for ruining the lives of student athletes.

these sports are important to this community

If you cut all these sports your going to lose students because people come to this school to play these sport's. And I'm aware that your doing this to give money to the bigger sports like football so you can become a private school but I also think thats a mistake because most of the people that come here say they came here so that they can get a good education for the SUNY price but if we have to pay private tuition then your going to have trouble competing because the private schools have a lot more for the students then UB does

Seems like a "phase out" program would be best for all involved.

Our football team sucks why do we keep trying to make them better when we already have sports doing better?

It takes a woman

Absolutely ridiculous! These programs have athletes that try to have school pride. Atheltics are some of the truest students.

So saddened to hear this new. Such a valuable sport for all involved!!!

Keep men's swimming!!!

I am ashamed of this university's priorities.

Competed against this team and they were very strong , nobody who has dedicated time to a team should have that ripped away from them while less successful teams from the same university are still standing

Unfair

Not right

As an alumni of a school that has a terrible football team, don't cut these teams as a means to pump more money into the football program!

Bring back men's swimming!!!!

This is completely unfair on all levels.
