Find money in your budget for this team! This is making UB look really bad. Who is going to want to come to school there??

I am a rising senior on Cornells swim team, and would hate to see a great competitor's team be eliminated.

Absolutely ridiculous. As someone who knows people in the baseball program I am shocked. Gonna put a great coaching staff out of a job and crush the dreams of so many kids

I almost accepted an offer from UB to row for the school. I was one of the top lightweight recruits this year and I can't imagine how it would've felt to have wasted my collegiate athletic career by signing with a team that dropped their program AFTER recruiting season was over. My heart goes out to all of the recruits and athletes. This should've at least been gradual. The way in which this was executed was entirely inconsiderate.

As a former D1 Swimmer it would be a shame to see another swim program taken away. Just keep swimming!

Do not cut this program! The way the entire situation was presented is incredibly innapropriate and these student athletes deserve to have their team.

I am a college professor and the math ther of a college athlete. I am an athlete myself. It is imperative that we maintain a balance in our lives and that we teach balance in the lives of our children and of our college students. Eliminating athletics is shortsighted with long-term damages.

How much money will you save in the long run? Consider all options, please.

I think that swimming should still remain a sport here. Swimming shows immense strength in an individual and is a great team sport.
