PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE reconsider this terrible decision. The athletes affected by this decision most definitely do not deserve to be forgotten.

Absolutely absurd that this school can't afford to keep these teams. The school is massive and supported by the State Universities of New York system. No way they did everything they could to try and save the team. If they really wanted to save funds they would have cut the football team.

With UB being one of the most prestigious universities within all of Western New York, and with Buffalo let alone most of Western New York being a highly athletic area with athletes of all competitive sports, taking away sports from the university isn't right. Taking away sports from others who chose to come to UB because of our athletics is shameful to the university. It makes UB look bad. UB is a school which should be viewed by students and faculty as a place of oppurtunity. It seems as though we may be leaving others behind in the wake of budgeting, which is unfair to those affected. Taking away sports means that we are limiting the opportunities of others. Budgets can be met in other areas effectively instead of cutting budgets within just one area alone. By using effective group collaboration, the university CAN solve this problem. Anything is possible for the well being of ALL of our students.

Sports should never been taken away from anyone of any age. Especially schools. This was a horrible decision And needs to be rectified immediately
