The London Borough of Harrow are proposing the development of 34 new housing units in Waxwell Lane Car Park.
This proposal will have negative impacts such as an increase on: local traffic flow; local residential street parking; demand on local services and the demand on over subscribed school places.
They already have architects in place to design the new abodes. No other options appear to have been looked at and it is felt that it is a done deal.

Reaching this level of support has been exhausting but it proves that people are finally paying attention to what is happening at the car park. I am tired of the bureaucratic silence but I refuse to let this project go forward without a fight.

STOP THE BUILD. Waxwell lane cant take the extra traffic. It is dangerous enough as it is.
Ridiculous. Schools and doctors are already packed to the brim in Harrow. Where are all these extra people supposed to go?
The parking situation is already a total nightmare on that street. Adding all those houses will literally make getting home impossible.
They just dont care about us. Its just about money and meeting targets while our streets turn into chaos.
So typical of the council to decide this behind closed doors without asking anyone living here. We are sick of it.

Bad idea. Find a better spot for new homes that doesnt ruin the neighborhood for everyone else.
