this is a beautiful building and part of our heritage, it's important to keep these old buildings it's unique!! Leave it along, there has been too many demolished in our region, look at Bingley !!!! It would be a tragedy!

I grew up in Eldwick, went to the old eldwick first school, my mum still lives there and my two best friends both were married in that church, would be such a shame to see it gone and for what car parking space!!!!!!!!

DO NOT REMOVE! Always thinking about your next pocket earner and not what memories and beautiful places you destroy!

As someone whose worked with heritage buildings I know how hard it is to make them fit for purpose. There are some fabulous examples of church buildings that have been adapted sensitively and conserved for future generations.

Unbelievable, just as one "architectural" disaster (which changed the landscape detrimentally for decades )is being demolished! Why have we still have not learned? Why do we still think our generation is superior in our needs, wants or taste where this beautiful quaint little chocolate box church is concerned? Eldwick has lost most of it's little shops, the "village " will shortly become just a soulless commute-route rat run. I'm sure Prince Charles would not approve!
