Leicester City Council have proposed mergers of all Leicester surestart centres with reduced opening hours and services.
Surestart centres have been providing a huge range of services to the communities as well asbeing vital for families gaining access to the right support and early intervention to those that require it. There are many families whose lives could have taken a dramatic roure had they not had these services with the correct support and resources provided by these childrens centres.
