We, the parents, who have benefitted from the free valuable service the Centres provides within the local community would like to let the Bromley council know how integral to our children's development the Children Centres has been. The Centre has also provided valuable support for parents, carers and extended families.

The feedback from parents keeps landing in my inbox and it is exhausting to read so many accounts of how vital these spaces are. I am spending my evenings drafting formal responses to the council even though they have not acknowledged a single word yet.

Reaching this point has been exhausting but seeing this level of momentum proves we are not alone. It is hard to keep going when the council seems so set on their plans. Still this backing gives me the strength to push harder until they listen.

Ridiculous decision. Families rely on these services every single day. Stop cutting stuff that actually helps people.
Been going to the centre for 3 years now. It helped me out loads when I was struggling early on. KEEP THEM OPEN!!
so sad to hear this news! these centres are a lifeline for new mums. what is the council thinking??
Fix the budget somewhere else dont touch the kids services. Bromley council need to get their priorities straight.
These places keep kids active and help parents find support. Closing 20 out of 23 is just madness.

My son has learned so much at the centre. It is the only place we have to go for playgroups in the area. Please dont shut them down.
