This bar should not be closed, all the people are very supportive and love a great laugh, never any trouble there.

This is a prime venue in Atherstone, open to all whatever age, race, religion absolutely no need whatsoever for it to close, that would be a complete travesty

The local council that has served a 28 days notice should go and have a pint in barcode. They will then see how much of a friendly bunch of Peaple drink in there
Myself and my wife love to go and have a drink in there every now and then and I've NEVER seen one bit of trouble in there.

Sean and the team at Barcode have raised thousands and thousands of pounds for charities. They have also invested money and took risks to help growth in the local economy by setting up an independent bar separate from any national chains or franchises. The bar has a good, safe atmosphere and is welcome to anyone wishing to visit it. The Council should be ashamed for trying to damage the local economy, and should realise what an asset the bar is to the local community.

Disgrace the council should even consider closing Barcode. The only facility in Atherstone for young people to enjoy a safe night out. Plus they are always supporting local charities and good causes.
