Great pub. Great meeting place. Always felt very safe when I've been here. Barcode should be proud of all the support they've given to charities and the community

Never heard of any trouble in there.
Great people who own it, who work there, and who drink in there.
This pub has raised more for charity than any other. Police and council are a disgrace!!!!!!

Ridiculous-authorities seem hell bent on stripping the town of amenities whilst also expanding the populous! A well managed drinking establishment should not be discouraged!

This is an absolute disgrace, the bar has a great atmosphere and very welcoming, even to us out of towners!! The owner is a great man who gives so much back to charities and the community. To close this venue would be an outrage and a real loss to the town.

Years ago this bar was Berties. I had some great times in there, but you heard every week of violence and trouble of some sort. And when there is trouble or violence in this small town you still hear about it. In the years Barcode has been open I've heard very little about trouble in there. I'm sure there has been some, but I'd like to hear the reason this is being forced to close? It's very well policed by the people who run it. A disgrace to force a local business to close.

I have been to barcode on quite a few occasions and this establishment is well run, friendly and very safe for all that attend. Don't take the good things out of atherstone
