It will be very sad if the india Government decide to ban surrogacy for foreigners. As it has helped some many people from the surrogate as the finance helps improve their life and their families . To the new parents. rather then a complete ban this needs to be regulated more thoroughly. Me and my wife are so grateful to the surrogacy and the clinic for the service they provided. As we are proud parents of a beautiful girl.

This Ban should be lifted for foreign couples.It is unfortunate that OCI card holders not considered indians whereas full form of OCI is (overseas citizens of india.)Govt should regulate surrogacy rathar than banning it.Atleast Govt should think about indians living outside india having roots in india. I think surrogacy is a blessing to the couple who could not have their own child and for the surrogate mother as that is probably her only hope to educate her children and support her family. Education is of atmost importance to any society, Thus everyone involved are benefitting . Also the surrogate should be protected by laws,so they are not exploited in any form. By banning surrogacy, it may start an underground activity illegally.

I am demanding that you immediately lift the ban on international surrogacy in India. This is a service offered out of love to help couples realize their dreams of becoming parents and having families. For those of us dealing with infertility issues, surrogacy is many times our last option, our last hope. In return, we hope to bless a young woman /surrogate in India with financial help to also positively change her life and her family's life. Please do not interfere with this loving exchange. Most times international surrogacy is our last option. Thank you.

Hello Sir/Madam I'm signing this petition to help family's like me who couldn't go to India to have my dreams come true of carrying a healthy child I myself did IVF in America but couldn't give birth on time my babies were born prematurely and my who's 6 years old is completely disabled I would love to do IVF again but who's going to take care of my son that needs me 24 severely I hope the government considers lifting the ban so I can came to India and do surragacy soon Thanks a lot

I strongly encourage the Indian government to allow surrogacy for foreigners. This practice benefits the Indian economy, and it benefits the good families who cannot have their own children.

You should not ban as this is a kind of charity to the mothers , Infact make some rules tight to avoid fraud but do not ban

Please consider this.

My sister was able to have the most beautiful baby boy. It's sad to see the number of women that are unable to have a baby due to their bodies. Please allow the gift of a child to be givin to many more families by allowing surrogacy in India.

I actually think surrogacy is a wonderful thing as it must be so fulfilling to help childless families. Of course the women involved should be cared for correctly without any pressure. I cannot see why surrogacy should be made illegal. Its a very serious matter and I don't think anybody would go down this road unless they were desperate for help. It might be the very last chance for couples and therefore I have no problem signing this petition

surrogacy in india has helped so many couples abroad as well as Indian women, willing to give others the gift of parenthood.
