This ban is liking taking away rights from millions of childless couples to become parents. Ban will create more devastating effect on plight of women in families. It will take away means of earning for current commercial surrogates, will take away their livelihood. Economic loss of millions of currency and india will loose .

Its a win win situation for couples and poor woman. Couples can fulfill a fruitless fertility quest and at the same time help poor family financial help.

Please lift the surrogacy ban as there are so many couples who would make fantastic, loving parents and their only hope for a child is through surrogacy!!! Surrogacy for an average couple is a HUGE financial and emotional journey. Why make it even more difficult by placing bans?? Women are affected by many fertility issues and many are born with MRKH; a life changing condition. Surrogacy is such an amazing gift for women with infertility!! Please do not take away somebody's chance at having a family!!!

Dear Sir/madam, I am so happy to announce that after 7 failed IVFs on my wife, when our hearts were crushed with disappointments and agony, the Surrogate in Anand and dr. Nadkarni at Surat blessed us with a wonderful baby boy, who have again blessed us with new life to our family which no words can describe. I can't imagine just because somebody lives outside India, why can't they be blessed with this technology when in true and pure senses, it is blessing to the couple , which doesn't matter where they come from, and surrogate mother whose family gets great financial support and blessings of that child and child's parents. Just because of few bad apples, we can't take away this blessings from millions of genuine couple who need this technique in India. Thanks

Please lift the ban on surrogacy it helps so many people who otherwise couldn't have a family. The women who agree want to do this it is a joint agreement. Regulate it more if you wish but please don't ban it.

Everyone deserves to lead a happy life. Please stop this. If you have any doubts please do enquire about the couple but don't ban surrogacy.

I am signing because I have MRKH and I believe everyone should have the right to start their own family by any means possible.

Surrogacy services are a gift of life and hope for families to leave lineage behind. It is an amazing sacrifice by many to give hope, life and happiness to many that need it. Please allow for these services to continue.

My family would not be possible if not for the generous contribution of our surrogate mother in Mumbai! She was a miracle for us! Please do not take away this miracle for other childless couples.

Government is elected by the people. Let the people voice their concerns and may the government not only listen but sincerely try to understand with an open mind and non-personal bias.

Please don't make the ban permanent. Surrogacy helps couples who cannot carry a baby due to medical problems like myself I have no uterus. I am only 30 and cannot carry my own child. It also helps out the economy in India. Woman can make good money to support themselves or their children and family's.

let's do the right thing. Let's reverse this ban to give a person like me an only chance to enjoy fatherhood.
