If it wasn't for surrogacy in India my daughter and son in law would never have had the chance to have children this was the only way that worked and they where great and lovey friendly people

I think the women should be able to choose if they want to be surrogate mothers as it works in their favour (they get paid for their family) and offers other couples the chance of a family.

We did surrogacy with SCI India and Dr Shivani. Our surrogate was so happy and willing to help us and was so grateful how it enriched her own family. All parties in our case saw as it as a mutual gift giving. For Surrogacy to remain legal for foreigners in India is critical.

There is hope for people who cant have children so banning this is squashing dreams for people.
