Please do not ban surrogacy for foreign couples as it is a bilateral arrangement between the couple and surrogate mother. Of course the practice should be regulated but a prohibition would drive it underground and put at risk the very women who the initiative is supposed to protect.

Please don't stop surrogacy in India offers so many infertile people an option to have a family and what a blessing a child is. Surrogacy also always surrogates an opportunitity to make a new pathway in their lives . Surrogates are valued and treasured regulate to ensure they receive full payment but don't abolish a system which has created families and children that are global citizens and do wanted and treasured

This gives couples who can't have babies a new light! It's a great cause and it definitely shouldn't be stopped! It's the worse decision you could make!

I am another through the sheer sacrifice of a wonderful surrogate mother in India and amazing doctors whom I admire and respect. Not everyone is out to exploit others, some have genuinely good intentions- do not curb the respectful actions of these Indian women and the countless families they help to create around the world!

Having witnessed a personal experience in my immediate family, words can not describe the feeling of finding out that a woman is unable to have her own kids. But the surrogacy programmes in India bring faith and hope for all the women around the world to have a child they can call their own.

Surrogacy in India is often the last available option for desperate couples who have endured years of heartache & loss in an attempt to fulfill their dreams of having a family. Couples who are unable to naturally carry their own babies should not be punished any more than they already have been by having this option taken away. Don't people determined to go through this process deserve to hold their dream baby in their arms? Don't the beautiful selfless women of India deserve the opportunity to better their lives & provide education & a safe home for their own children?

Please don't ban surrogacy for foreigners in India! For some people it is the last chance to have a baby. We all want the surrogates to be looked after well.

Our surrogate in Mumbai was incredibly grateful (as were we) for partnering with her, the credible agency, and her family. In thanking us, she said: "this will change our lives." And her gift to us has changed ours forever.
This is a good deed and should not be stopped.
With out Surrogacy in India we would not have 2 beautiful kids to live & care for.
Signed
