Stop the ban on Surrogacy in India

We are planning to use India's surrogacy program to create family.

Dear Prime Minister Modi, Please do not destroy one of the last chance of having a family for average couples plagued with infertility problems.

Regulation is needed not a ban. A ban cuts off a vital part of your enocomy as money pass thru many people's hands from surrogates, clinics, hotels, donors, taxi drivers etc. You cure cancer by killing a person, you just take out the tumor.

Why ban surrogacy in India. After all its not wrong to help the needy.

My daughter is an anaesthetist working in Scotland. In her job she helps deliver babies safely. Due to a congenital heart complaint is has been told not to have her own babies. Surrogacy is her only chance of giving her husband their baby. Please change your minds.

Please don't close this open door.. It will only go underground and these women will be taken advantage of. You need to strictly regulate this business by closing down the unethical clinics and promoting the registered ones. You also need to create a support structure post the birth of the child from an immigration perspective

Why OCI card holders are being denied the surrogacy service in India. It should be regulated, but not banned.

My previous child would not be her if it were not for the selflessness of our carrier in India.

Please continue to allow Indian women to act as surrogates and give the gift of life to childless couples. Regulation is important to protect all involved but making it illegal will just push it underground making it more dangerous for all involved.

Please allow it to continue, it was my friends last option and their son means the world to not only them but to everyone who knows them
