We do not anything else built. Poor air quality and a waste of funds that could be allotted to an unforeseen chronic public health crisis. After this is over , who can guarantee that we will be able to afford it. Church road is a death trap with high speeds and tight roads.

I’m a SBBGC parent and resident of Bowie for over 20 years. We don’t need another ice arena, especially when the current arena can be renovated. A $28 million dollar arena dedicated to one sport is a bit ridiculous! That money can go towards a much needed multi-use sports facility and new schools. All the schools in Bowie (except for Tulip Grove) are in desperate need of renovations!!!! The gymnasium at Bowie High School (the main building and the annex) doesn’t even have air conditioning! These kids are sitting in overcrowded classrooms with window air conditioning units and rodents in multiple Bowie schools!!! $28 million??? WOW. No ice arena!!!!!!!!

The community does not want or need this ice rink. The roads leading to the facility are not sufficient to carry the increased load of traffic. Please build this facility elsewhere and not in the midst of residential communities that don't want, and won't use, it.

The ice rink will not serve/benefit the community in which it is being built. The community asked for courts/fields but was given an ice rink instead. Make no sense at all. Just remodel the old one in Allen Pond.
