Stop Terry Conde's Reassignment as Hart Middle School's Principal

She is a great principal at Hart

Please keep her, she is a wonderful advocate for the srudents.

My experience as a parent is that she is thoughtful to the students and always has an open door when you need it. We need more terry conde's in our district.

I was very impressed with my interactions with Ms. Conde. She is a valuable asset to our middle school and a serious advocate for our kids.

Mrs. Conde is a perfect fit for our school as a principal. She shows interest, and compassion towards our school. Replacing a fantastic principal like her would be a mistake.

She is one of the best administrators in California.

She is a kind and charismatic women who leads by example and sets a fine standard of education for her peers and students. As a former student at Hart Middle School, I have known her for many years and feel in the upmost confidence she is incredibly qualified for her job at the school.

As a parent who has endured multiple principal resignations at Donlon elementary, I can say that keeping Ms Condi at Hart Middle School is invaluable for our students. I do not have confidence in the ability of PUSD to find a suitable long term principal given their track record with Donlon. It has truly broken the spirit of the students at Donlon not having a stable administration. It would be detrimental to kids transferring from Donlon to Hart to have to endure more principal changes. Please keep Condi at Hart Middle school

I have had great experiences with Terry Conde. It would be a shame to see her go.

I am appalled that PUSD thinks this is a solution to a problem that does not exist in the minds of Hart students and their parents. Mrs. Conde's support of her students is unwavering. I'm especially proud of how she supports and encourages her athletic scholars. Removing her from Hart will be a disservice to our students.

The #1 priority is that the children are learning and are learning in a safe environment and she has provided that environment. Bottom line.

I appreciate how Mrs. Conde knows students and parents by name, is aware of what is going on inside the classrooms and out, and truly cares about the students in an active way. We have been thrilled with her leadership and support of academics, band, choir, STEAM as well as sports. We hope she is able to stay at Hart.

Terry Conde should stay. Janice Clark should have been fired years ago.

Shame on PUSD.
